By accessing or using Jawline Face Exercise: Mewing, you agree to be bound by these “Terms of use”. These Terms of Use govern your use of Jawline Face Exercise: Mewing, the application software distributed via iOS application store(s) the “App” collectively referred to as the “Service”. These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. You as a user of the service confirm that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and other applicable law. If you do not agree to bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the service of Jawline Face Exercise: Mewing.

We are not responsible of third party circumvention of our security messages.

Violation of these Terms of Use in Jawline Face Exercise: Mewing may result in a ban of Jawline Face Exercise: Mewing usage.

General Conditions – Our Rights

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or your access to the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time and without liability to you. If we terminate your account to the Service, no data of yours will be accessible to us.

Upon account termination, all the licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms of Use will immediately cease.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that Jawline Face Exercise: Mewing is no way responsible or liable for any such third-party services or features. Fees and Payments

The Service (Jawline Face Exercise: Mewing) offers subscription to the Content, which may be purchased via the following means.

 

As in-app purchases via the App. you are granted the right to access the features of the Service (Content, Subscription) you have acquired as a result of such purchase on any platform across which the Service operates. To access the purchase on the website or in the App, please use your account credentials.

By purchasing subscription to the content via the App, you will pay the App store, the applicable fees (and any other related taxes) disclosed to you through the App as they become due.

 

You may get Monthly, 6 Month and Yearly subscription plan for Jawline Face Exercise: Mewing. Subscription automatically renews, you must affirmatively cancel a subscription or free trial to avoid being charged in your app store’s account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. If you are unsure how to cancel the subscription. Please visit the Apple support pages.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you a reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on or through the App and or by sending you an email. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the subscription prior to the change going into effect. By signing up for certain subscription, you agree that your subscription may be automatically renewed. Unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize the App store(s) to charge you for the renewal term. The period of auto renewal will be the same as your initial subscription period unless otherwise disclosed to you through the app.

 

You authorize the App Store(s) to the charge the applicable fees to the payment card that you submit. Subscriptions as well as add-on items purchased via an App store are subject to such App store’s refund policies. This means we cannot grant refunds. You will have to contact an App Store support.

 

Time Limitation on Claims

You agree that any claim on Jawline Face Exercise: Mewing you may have must be filed within one year after such claim arose; otherwise, your claim is permanently banned.

 

Territorial Restrictions

These Terms of use and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms of use or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled in Pakistan.

We do not collect Personal information, we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-personal information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non- Personal information which is impenetrable.
